The Bearworks Salesforce integration pulls in your contact lists or call tasks as tasks to be called in Bearworks. Bi-directional sync means call notes and disposition are automatically synched back to Saleslforce, so that your data in Salesforce is updated with your call history. Data sync includes Leads, Opportunities, Territories, Users, and more.

The Bearworks Salesforce integration can be setup with just a couple clicks. In Bearworks, goto the "Settings" page, then click on the "Integrations" tab. Under the "Salesforce" section, click Integrate.
